ANSWER:

He must repent, accept Islam again, feel remorse and ask Allah for forgiveness.

If he can retrieve the photo without any problem, he should do that. Otherwise, he shouldn’t. 

QUESTION: A few months ago he asked magician to cast spell on his father he asked his father’s picture said it always stay with me i will pray him.He did magic&left.Now he realizes it was kufr felt remorse,but now lives in other country doesn’t have witch’s Phone,if asks his friend to find witch’s PhNo his sin will revealed.Is his repentance not accepted bcz Pic remains with witch?
