It is permissible to recite verses of the Quran in the Ruku or Sujood as this is not reciting the Quran but it is Du’ah. It is like reciting Ayatul Kursi before going to bed while a person is in the state of sexual impurity.

I was wondering can I make dua from Quran while I am on sujjud and on ruku like “Rabena Atina Fi Dunnya Haseneten…” and another dua from the Quran. I know that we musn’t say Quran in that 2 position but I heard opinnion that is permissible to say it?
