sheik, if a person performs voluntary fasts of monday & thursdays after fajr , i mean he makes his intention after 10 am & completes after maghrib, is it permissible ? will this person gets the reward of fasting?

No problem as long as he didnt eat anything after Fajr. However, his reward won’t be full as someone who made his intention before Fajr.

Some of my relatives say that a nawafil fast will not be valid if we skipped any sunnah prayer of the day we were fasting. Is it correct? And is it okay to do Sajda once in a while after fardh salah, just like that, thanking Allah for everything?

This is not true! They must present proof for what they are saying. As for the sajdah after salah, you don’t do this, unless for gratitude over a favor or a blessing that is not reoccurring.

Sheikh. I am 6 mnth Twin pregnant at the moment and by the time we reach Ramadan in sha Allah I will b at my 8th month. I was told that if I find it difficult to fast during this time I can feed my share of sahur and iftar to any poor instead. and at the same time I am also told that if I give my share of sahur and iftar to poor it will add to my hasanat bit I have to complete the fast after that when ever possible but before next Ramadan. Please advise the right procedure.

This is baseless. There is no feeding on you but you must make up whenever you are able to fast even if after the following Ramadan.

There is no recommendation in fasting Rajab and you must not fast Friday or Saturday alone.

My mom has issue of kidney stones due to which she is unable to fast the complete Ramadan since 6 yrs. Also before that she didn’t make up for the fasts missed due to mensus. We decided to give kuffara for the fasts missed due to mensus. Should we give kuffara for the fasts missed due to the stone problem? My question is regarding seher timing,if we want to keep a voulantry fast and sehr is just optional when does the sehr time end?Does it end before the fajir time? Or much before ? I live in England and in the summer days seher time can be at 2 am while we pray fajir later on.

It is the time of Athan of Fajr!

My wife couldn’t complete all fasts last Ramadan due to her pregnancy & still now many fasts are due. Now she is lactating & not able to complete pending fasts. 1- is it necessary to complete all fasts before next Ramadan or can she fast later (after completing fast of coming Ramadan)? 2-Is she eligible to pay Fidya instead of fasting (considering she is otherwise healthy)?

She is not eligible to pay fidya, as being pregnant and to breastfeed is not an incurable disease. She must make them up as soon as possible.
