The prophet(saw) would fast on Thursday and monday. what would happen if I break my fast am i sinful? And likewise the fasts he would keep on other times which are not compulsory if I break those am i sinful? What is the recompense if i have committed this sin.

I read some other scholar about missed fasts when you miss your fasts due to pregnancy,,, you can only give fidya you don’t need to make up your pregnancy missed fasts. Is it true?

ANSWER: It is an issue of dispute but this opinion is not authentic.

In what conditions is one allowed to break his/her fast, be it voluntary or making up? Yesterday i was making up fast and i had severe headache from morning till night.( i dont usually have that headache when i fast) If i had broken my fast, would i have sinned? When is one allowed to break fast?

ANSWER: You are not sinful for breaking your obligatory fast due to sickness. Voluntary fasts can be broken even if you don’t have any reason for that.

Regarding fasting on Ayyam Al Beed, 13th, 14th and 15th. Suppose If I miss fasting one day out of these 3 days, will I lose the benefit/reward of fasting on Ayyam Al Beed. Should I fast these 3 days to get the complete reward of it.

ANSWER: You can fast any other day of that month to make it 3 days.

I niyyah fasting sunnah and compensate the previous year every Mon and Thur. Once My mom visited me so I wanted to take her eat out , relax . She won’t go out because I am fasting she told me she felt ashamed and considerate if she eats in front of me and I don’t. So I break fasting on that day. Am I sinful??
