No, you can’t because the sunnah is to repeat after the Azaan and say this dua when it is live, being given by the muazzin right then. Ask one of the men or boys to call the athan on time in your home.

After the Adan we should recite the following dua. ‘Allahumma Rabba hadhihi’l-da’wat il-tammah wa’l-salat il-qaimah, ati Muhammadan il waseelata wa’l-fadeelah, wab’athhu maqaman mahmoodan illadhi wa’adtah. However,I don’t hear the adan at all where I live. I can only hear it if I am at the masjid. I was wondering if I can still recite the dua when I hear it from my phone atthe prayer time?Thanks.
