ANSWER:
No one can stop you from praying on time as this doesn’t take more than 10 minutes per prayer and everyone is entitled for time to go to the toilet and to have a coffee break or to go and smoke!
You can do that without asking him but you shouldn’t go to the masjid as this would take a lot of time and you are in a kafir country.
If he still prohibits you to pray, trust Allah and look for another job and don’t compromise your prayer.
Allah is the provider.
