One’s packaging was not intact, 2nd was very small compared to the pic and 3rd had a minor issue as well(for this specific I wrote it was no longer needed so seller image doesn’t hurt) they refunded my money but said u can keep the items as it’s my 1st refund. Can I use these items now if I wish to?

ANSWER:
If you wish to use them, you should give the money they had refunded you to charity or give the items to charity.
When you say to them that you no longer need it, you can’t just keep using it while the money is refunded!
They wouldn’t have given it to you for free in the first place, so why would you accept such a gift from a total stranger?
Have some dignity and give it away to charity so that next time you make such an order, either keep it without returning it or give it to charity without using it.
