By praying the sunnah, tahiyatul masjid is automatically included in that even if you did not intend it.

QUESTION: When I come to the masjid and I haven’t read Fajr Sunnah prayer yet. Can I combine niyya for Fajr Sunnah and Tahittatul Masjid?
