ANSWER:

If it forms a layer that can’t be removed unless by injuring yourself and exposing the wound, this is part of your skin now. 

But if you wash it off and it is gone, this is not a barrier.

QUESTION: Does dry pus that comes from the pimple act as a barrier in wudhu?
