ANSWER:
If it is waterproof and you apply it after you have done your wudhu, this has no impact on your current wudhu.
But if you apply it before wudhu, this would be a barrier and your wudhu would not reach your skin and hence it is invalid until it wears off and won’t prevent water from reaching your skin
