ANSWER:

The prayer remains valid, though they are loosing a lot of reward that may reach 1/10th of the actual prayer!

QUESTION: If someone prays with minimal wudu, leaves sunnah acts, wears haram clothes, or prays while needing to urinate, scholars may still consider the prayer valid. But if a person persists in these matters in every prayer, are the prayers still valid? Is there any scholarly disagreement on this issue?
