ANSWER:

Nutmeg and using it in very small amounts is an issue of dispute and it is best to avoid it if possible but if one is unable to do so due to the fact that it is widely used in cooking and everyone uses it, I pray that this is fine in sha Allah. 

QUESTION: What about using nutmeg in cooking bcz its also use in little amout and doesn’t make drowsy?
