Inserting 2 wet fingers is not from the sunnah and doesn’t work nor does the job.

QUESTION: Sheikh , is it sufficient for a fasting mouth to just let water touch nosetrils without inhaling water while fasting as i heard the minimum amount required is to insert 2 wet fingers
