ANSWER:

It’s not permissible to wear shorts that expose the awrah and the leggings won’t make it halal. It’s not permissible if their awrah is exposed as tights would reveal the shape of the thighs as if they are not wearing anything! 

QUESTION: Can i go running outside (not at the running track because of freemixing) with shorts but i’ll wear an under armour tight under the shorts (im a guy). because its holidays and i want to do something before school opens? note: *IF* i dont wear the tights some of my thigh will be uncovered but wearing the tights my thigh will be covered also i dont have shorts long to cover my knees
