QUESTION: My friend told that both raising the hands during prayer (Raf‘ul-Yadayn) and not raising them are from the Sunnah, and that a person will be rewarded for doing either. Is this true according to Sunnah?

But somtimes some people try to move you and say behind imam only hafiz or sombody that can take over imam ? What should o do ? Stand my grund or move a bit to left or right.
