Sideburns are part of the beard and you must not touch them let alone shave them especially if you are an adult and had reached the age of puberty

QUESTION: I go to the Baber every 2 weeks and everytime the barber shaves the little hair under my side burns. It is not alot and it’s a little light but still has somewhat a dark color. Is it haram to shave it at 13 years old? Because I’m not sure when exactly the beard starts growing. If it’s fine at my age what age is it best to leave it
