ANSWER:

If you are paying them their fee as usual which they charge for their work and after that, you give them part of the meat as a charity or a gift but it is not part of the deal nor of the payment, this is permissible

QUESTION: During qurbani 3-4 people works and help us to prepare the meat. I give them payment for their work. My question is, as this is eid day and they are poor, can I gift them qurbani meat as gift from my portion or from poor peoples portion?
