QUESTION: During the three-rak’ah Witr prayer, after praying two rak’ahs, can one change places and pray the remaining one rak’ah?

QUESTION: I only memorised around 400 ayats. In night prayer, can i recite the same surahs multiple times in different rakats so the total becomes 1000? Will i get the reward of praying 1000 ayats
