ANSWER:

Men can pray even with sleeveless shirts. Women on the other hands must not and can’t expose more than the hand to their wrists. Anything over that would render the prayer invalid.

QUESTION: Is it permissible to say that 1/4 of the arm can be left uncovered during salah ?
