ANSWER:

It’s not permissible to pray even a single second before the time of prayer enters.

However, it seems that 1:05 is thuhur according to the hanafi school which is wrong. Check umm al qura prayer timetable in your app for times for prayer. It should be around 12:20 and then, you can pray without a problem.

QUESTION: If I am trying to pray in school and the school is only allowing before Dhuhr time a room for me, should I pray before dhuhr at around 12:40 when dhuhr starts at 1:05 or try to find somewhere else
