ANSWER:

If your mum is not alone and your grandma is also present in the house then this is not haram seclusion.

If your mum is alone you must not call the worker at prayer times as you must pray all your prayers in the masjid.

QUESTION: If there is a worker(plumber,cleaner,etc) whom 1. We know very well (or) 2. We dont know, and my mom is alone with me or with my grandmother. Is it obligatory for me to pray in masjid at that time. And If I know him like he is a old worker of ours and I don’t fear anything then can I go to masjid?
