This is not permissible as Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam forbade us to pray witr similar to Maghrib prayer.

QUESTION: For the sake of clarification, my question is with regards to the Witr Prayers after Isha. I have heard that it is Bid’ah to pray 2 rakaats, do Tashahhud and *no* Taslim, and then perform the 3rd rakaat and do Tashahhud and Taslim. Is this indeed Bid’ah? Please advise.
