You both must agree to an amount for mahr and it cannot be ambiguous like this. Also the witnesses must testify such conditions. 

QUESTION: I discussed my mehr with my husband prior to my nikah, and I included a condition along with the sum he was paying. He agreed and promised to provide me anything I asked for in the future within his boundaries, so I took his word on it. However, since we kept it between us, and it wasn’t recorded in writing, is it still valid? What if he denies that now?
