ANSWER:

Yes.

However, if your brother or mother is doing it and you live in the same house and eat from the same kitchen then that udhiyah is sufficient for the entire family. 

QUESTION: I am 24 y/o girl, single, an only child. Mother is alive and father passed away. I earn well Alhamdulillah. In that case, is it obligatory for me to do Qurbani (sacrifice) this coming Eid as I can afford it?
