ANSWER:

You must tell them immediately and make them change their direction towards the qiblah. 

QUESTION: When we see someone praying in the wrong direction of the qibla should we let them finish their prayer and let them know afterwards or should we interrupt them during their prayer and tell them that they are not facing the direction of the qibla?
