QUESTION: In my place when people pray in the masjid during Jumu’ah and taraweeh, they block a 80-100 meters long busy road and pray outside the masjid, which usually lasts for 45 minutes in Jumu’ah and 1 hours 45 minutes in taraweeh. Is this permissible?
