ANSWER:

Every time you enter the masjid and want to sit down. If you enter it and join the congregation immediately, there is no need to offer it after the fard prayers. 

QUESTION: I know that Tahiyyatul masjid is wajib on muslim when he enters masjid.Is it wajib all the time when I come to masjid to join congregation or once in a whole day?
