ANSWER:

If its her own money then she can go on hajj with any of her mahrams, like her father, brothers etc if the husband is not willing to accompany her. This is a fard on her and she doesn’t require his consent or approval

QUESTION:If a wife is capable of doing Haj but his husband is not giving her permission and delaying it saying we will do it in old age so what should that wife can do ?? can she perform Haj without his husband’s permission ?? or she should wait for old age as instructed by his husband as now one knws he or she will b alive by that time or not
