QUESTION: What is the ruling for women on fasting the 6th fast of Shawwal as they have to complete their missed fasts from Ramadan too? ANSWER: You must fast the missed days of Ramadan first and then fast the 6 days of Shawwal.

QUESTION: My father was diabetic and he couldn’t fast for many years during ramadan and at that time he couldn’t give fidya due to finanacial conditions…then in 2019 he died after being half paralyzed due to brain stroke, so should i fast on his behalf or give fidyah for his missed fasts of many years

ANSWER: If he did not have the money to feed till he died, you can either pay on his behalf or fast on his behalf.

QUESTION: If I have non Muslim workers working on my house in Ramadan who aren’t fasting it is permissible to leave tea out for them to make what they want? I know your video states it’s not permissible, however if we don’t offer them anything it’s deemed as rude and will likely affect their standard of work too ?

ANSWER: This is not permissible. If you are afraid of their standard of work, let them come after ramadan and you can serve them lunch if you wish!

QUESTION: Sheikh, can I donate the zakat ul fitr(food, not cash) to a trusted foundation so I can be sure that needy muslims get it as there are beggers almost every market in ramadan and we cant know which one is the deserving one?

According to her, the night is when she no longer sees any clear light in the sky and it is dark while we break the fast when we no longer see the rays of the sun so towards the Maghreb. Is it ok

ANSWER: What she is doing is totally wrong and prohibited! Most probably she is shia. She can’t know better than the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam who broke his fast immediately after the sun had set and it was still light
