ANSWER: Allah does not hold someone accountable for things they do out of ignorance or forgetfulness. Once they realise their mistake, they must sincerely repent to Allah while showing deep remorse.

QUESTION: Does openly sinning with a group of friends constitute as kuffr even though every single person believes it is haram and has remorse but they still fall into sin

ANSWER: Kufr is disbelief. Sinning is sinning! The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said: all sons of Adam are sinful. Does this mean that they have committed kufr? Of course not! Insisting on sinning while believing that such sins are still haram is sinful and not kufr.

QUESTION: Sheikh is it permissible to make a vow to Allah stating that you will not do a particular sin for a period of time and is such a vow valid?

ANSWER: As long as she has sincerely repented to Allah while showing deep remorse, Allah will forgive her and she can marry any practicing Muslim. She must not reveal her sin in front of ANYBODY.

ANSWER: This is not kufr but definitely sinful and you will gain multiple sins continuously for encouraging him and making him continue in such a sin.

How do exactly does someone repent. Ik that you must feel sincere remorse,quit right away, and to intend not to do it again but is that it? For example I just sinned and now I have all the 3 things and I say “Ya Allah forgive me” is that repentance? Or is there some other actions I must do.
