What to do if a man marries a second wife and the first wife does not allow to visit wife equaly. So the second wife is always alone, because the man says he has to do what the first wife says becaus of his children and he thinks this is equaly and right for him. Amd he says this is also islamic right und equal because of the children.

ANSWER: You are not answerable to your brother in law nor your parents in law, in fact you must not be communicating with him at all as he is a non mahram to you.

ANSWER: Her husband is sinful for backbiting his wife and she must advise him to act like a man and stop backbiting her in front of others. She must be tactful in her approach and become the one he seeks his tranquility in, in order to put a stop to this.

I got an alliance, where groom is having good aklaq & deen but he’s illiterate, also I can’t maintain mehram thing in his home, his residing place itself a very worst Area. ANSWER: What counts is his religious practice and moral conduct. If he has both and is earning well, it doesn’t matter how illiterate he is. If he is unable to provide for you a separate accommodation, this is a good reason to reject him.

Shaykh can we call our husband with his name or we should say something else.
