Regarding the kidnapping of a humanitarian worker alan hening by lsis, some guy said “In the Quran it is not allowed for you to feel sorry for non-Muslims.” is this true at all?

This is wrong and totally prohibited to kidnap such a person and it is permissible to feel sorry for him as he was helping Muslims and he was non combatant.

Prophet’s Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam time as we read in seerah books; Sahaba karaam (rdiyAllahu anhu) used to cut kuffaar neck by sword. Is there any difference between beheading and cutting neck with sword?

Slaughtering by knife is not the doing of the sahabah. It was beheading by the sword in one blow!

This is not true. As for al Baghdadi, I don’t know anything about him.

Suppose there was a Hindu majority country faced with oppression by the government. Muslims come in and remove the tyrannical government and establish an Islamic Caliphate. Is the Caliph supposed to remove the Hindu temples and religious monuments or should they let them be?

The hadeeth that indicates this is understood that there is no I’tikaf (better) than in the three masjids, not that it is only limited to them.

I have heard two opposing ruling about the current situation in the Arab countries, saying it’s permissible to get rid of an oppressive ruler and another saying not permissible because of a Hadith that says to be patient with the current ruler. Which is the correct opinion?

Previously you answered that Saudi Arabia constitution is the Quran and the Sunnah, which means that having an absolute monarchy is in line with the Quran and the Sunnah??

It is in line with the instructions of the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam to obey the ruler. If he appoints someone who isn’t worthy of that, he will be questionable on the Day of Judgment.
