Is it a theft or steal .need to cut hand for the crime.because But there is nothing lose for the owner. Nothing get the stealer . He copied the photo without the owner consent and leak it. My question is it under the category theft or steal . What is the islamic rule

ANSWER: This is sinful but the rule of cutting the hand does not apply here.

I have read your fatwa about buying lootboxes and that is it haram even if it is virtual money. But what if you don’t lose anything and just open it. If you get nothing special it doesn’t matter to you that much. And what if you pay something virtual to open it but it is negligible. Or if you pay virtual money for a lootbox but you don’t care what you get. Like red paint or blue paint for your car

ANSWER: It is the same concept of buying a lottery ticket where you may not win anything at all and there is a slight chance that you would hit the jackpot. This is gambling. If you have money to waste, give it to the poor muslims!

Is it permissible to refer a non muslim to an insurance or business financing company and earn commission? The person i am referring is non muslim living in non muslim country, the insurance or financing company is owned and managed by non muslim in non muslim country.

In India/Pak b4 wedding, functions like Haldi (put turmeric to bride, every1 wears yellow dress, bride does not change yellow dress 3+ days, stage is set for bride, etc) & Henna where everyone wears green clothes. My husband and I are practicing Muslims as we should be. Alhamdulillah. My husband grows beard long. But when his acquaintances call him “Mutawwa” seeing his looks, he feels he isn’t of that high level practicing Muslim and so as not be (Riya) showing off Muslim, He trims off his beard making it very short. I live in Sydney Australia. I am using Bank account here. When we save money into the account, they pay some percentage of interest fee to me. I have asked them not to pay me that amount, but they say they can not change it. Here, every Bank has the same policy and its the necessity here to use the bank account.
