Hope you are in best of health and imaan. Me and my wife married in October 2013 but unfortunately in mid october 2016 I gave her one divorce. After that we had rujuu by physical intimacy and foreplay but she denied that rujoo and she married another man. Now my wife and her father brought divorce papers and forced me to sign those. What shall I do?

In one sitting, it is only counted as one divorce, even if he said it 100 times.

if a man said talaq three times to his wife just kiddingly then what to do?and if that man do it unknowingly then what to do.

He is sinful if he did it intentionaly as he jokes with Allah’s rules and one divorce takes effect whether he was serious or said so jokingly.

Sheikh, The other day i asked question about 3 divorces in one sitting your reply was its considered 1. But my in-laws asked about 6 muftis in KSA they all said its done they read “inna lillahi wa inallah-e-raji’oon” please provide further clarification. Some in Pakistan agree with your opinion.

This is the verdict of the grand Mufti; Sheikh Ibn Bazz and also of Ibn Othaimeen’s.

I am in Bahrain we both agreed on she going to Pakistan for educational purposes no issues there. Untill few days back I texted her she would see my messages and not respond I would call and she would not respond. I got very angry and I divorced her three times in one sitting. I and my wife think it’s only one in regards to surah baqara.

No, he doesn’t need any witness, therefore it is valid!

If a man has threatened to divorce his wife every other day and has also pronounced talaaq on his wife twice, is the marriage annuled in such a case?
