You said that if I person said kufr things to the people,ha has to rectify it by clarifying that he was wrong.A person did those many years ago.Now he comes to the right path.how can he go to those and clarify his mistake one by one?he is afraid that if he can’t clarify to those people one by one,he will never be in the fold of Islam

ANSWER:
He is Muslim as long as he repented. However, part of rectifying his sin is to try at least to propagate the truth so that those who heard his blasphemy and those who didn’t would benefit from the truth being propagated.
