Sometimes I forget to say bismillah before making wudhoo and I am unsure what to do, so I repeat my wudhoo again. Is it necessary to say bismillah before making wudhoo?

ANSWER:
Saying bismillah before making wudu is a highly recommended Sunnah, it’s not obligatory though.
Your wudu is still valid without saying it.
