As a result, their constitution is the Quran and the Sunna and their laws are derived from those two sources by ways of Usool-ul-Fiqh. Such majority will not vote for something that violates that constitution or the law thus established. And even if they do, the Supreme Court, an integral part of a democracy, will overturn the vote when it finds it unconstitutional.
I want to know what shaykh has to say about it

To my knowledge, there is no country in the world that applies this system.

Hypothetically speaking, if there is a such country and a system, this would be acceptable as what is actually ruling is not democracy but rather the law of the Quran and Sunnah.
