In hajj, it is an issue of dispute and the most authentic option is that major sins must be accompanied by repentance!

As for accepting Islam, this erases all sins, major and minor.

You know when Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) said about two things which Allah Almighty wipes away all sins. 1. When a person comes back from Hajj, if he or she did not commit any obscenity or evil. 2. When a person reverts to Islam. Does all sins mean all their major and minor sins being wiped clean for these two?
