He must keep on fighting it and acknowledging that no human can reward him or benefit him and that only Allah’s pleasure that counts.

Pls how can one overcome the thoughts of show-off (riya) when he’s doing something he started doing for the sake of Allah but the devil tries to give him show-off thoughts and imaginations about it (even though the person convinces himself that he’s doing it for the sake of Allah when he starts having such thoughts)?

I am very disturbed these days.
