ANSWER:

What you have heard is not true. 

The ruling is that you must not cut or pull out your hair on purpose. If they fall on their own while you comb or shower etc, there’s no problem in this. 

You MUST remove your headscarf or pull it up a little if in public to wipe over your hair in wudu. It is not permissible to wipe over the scarf.

When women wear ihmraam before umrah. Is it true that her hair should not break during ehraam, otherwise ehraam is broken? Can she do wudu removing her headscarf while in ehraam?
