When we say, a wife is not obliged to serve her parents-in-law, they say, it becomes obligatory if the husband commands to do so. Because it is obligatory to obey husband’s command. Is it true? If it is, then every husband will command like this and will make it obligatory upon women.

No, the husband has no right in commanding her to serve his parents as he has no right in asking her to stand on one leg for an hour for example. She is not obliged to obey him in whatever he orders her to do!
