When suspecting a spiritual ailment due to the individual experiencing many stomach symptoms, should the person be sure of which spiritual ailment they are suffering from before starting ruqyah treatment or can they start ruqyah without knowing what they are suffering from with having the intention for Allah to expel this illness whatever it may be?

My mother gives me bottle of water everyday asking me to drink and bathe a little from it. She says she recited surah Bakarah and other duas into it. I have my suspicion. Should I drink it. I’m currently just putting the water in the plants as I’m scared.
