You must not facilitate sins for her and must not obey her in this regard but compensate for it by being more dutiful in the halal things she asks for. TV includes watching the news and documentaries and laptop includes halal things such as emails and halal social media. Therefore, you can do that for her. You should however advise her and warn her about haram things when she does them.
