Allah will hold the person accountable only if he was responsible for his actions. If he was under the influence of black magic, Allah will not hold him accountable.

When a person suicides, it is HARAAM and is considered a great sin, so 2 questions arise here as to weather this person killed himself intentionally? or it was the effect of black magic? will he be punished in both the cases?
