ANSWER:

You both can live in the same room after the first and second divorce, however you cannot have intercourse with her unless you take her back as your wife. If you want to take her back then you can have intimacy with her and announce that you’re taking her back to two male witnesses. 

When a brother gives his first talaq,can he stay in the same room with his wife,and is it permissible,for him to touch his wife,and have intercourse, during the Iddah,and would the first talaq,be binding?
