We should believe it as it means linguistically while firmly believing that Allah is unlike anything that crosses our minds. So, we believe in His beautiful names and attributes without simulating them, changing their meaning or giving examples to them.

We have to believe in them as our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and his companions believed.

What should be our creed (aqeeda) concerning Istiwa, Allah’s names and Attributes etc?
