ANSWER:

If he has not divorced her, she is married to him despite where he is even if he doesn’t come back for 20 years. If she doesn’t want to wait – which is only natural – she must approach the Muslim court or authorized Islamic center and demand separation from him due to the harm of him being away and not taking care of his family.  

What should a women do if her husband leaves her n NVR come back. Does she need to wait for him life long?or she can move on with her life? If she has to wait, how many years she should wait for him? Can the marriage be finished by her side or annulled ?? Can she end the marriage by her side or does she need to lead her entire life being his wife
