As for Allah’s name this is not permissible as you have to go to the
bathroom and it is not permissible to enter toilet while you are
wearing it.
As for ayatul Kursy; this is not permissible as most of the people
believe that this is a protection which is not.

What is the ruling with regards to wearing necklaces bearing Allah/Muhammad (swt) names or ayatul kursi/surahs. Is it permissible to wear those, and not with the belief that these will protect me from evil eyes whatsoever. It is just that I am fond of them.

I know a man who died a few years ago. He was a good man and belongs to a mawlana family. He was also like a mawlana. But he and his family do milaad, do dua in jamaat, support wearing taweez, going to mazar and many more. In this matter as he followed many bidaah inspite of being a member of a mawlana family, is he be punished for just following others as he had good chance to know sahih sunnah?
