We’ve this widely known practice to offer food the day a person dies for him to reach reward and continue it for 3 day’s and so on. Can we only attend the first day? And How can we deny the invitation whilst the person who has invited is in grief for the loss

I have seen some videos in which people die during Salah or in Sujood and also some people dying in the 2 holy Masjids, so is it permissible to pray to obtain death in Salah, Sujood or to die in holy Masjids?

Is there any basis from Quran and Sunnah regarding visiting grave of the deceased continuously for 3 or 4 days after his/her death for making recitation of Quran and dua for the dead one….this is common in Kashmir on Indian side.
