we have several mosques in the naborhood but the one which follow Sunnah is one, but i am confused these last 10 days Qiam Al layel he stays on Qunut more than 15min. Is our prayer accepted as u said long Qunut is not part of Sunnah?

The prayers are valid.
Long qunoot is not part of the sunnah, however it doesn’t affect the prayer.
